Media Sales

Media representatives with the role of selling advertising or other function that does not qualify as Working Media.

Outfitters|Guide

Your business’s primary function is to rent outdoor recreation gear and/or provide professional outdoor guide services.

Non-Profits

Staff and board members of registered Non-Profit organizations. Preference will be given to non-profit organiz1ations that engage in conservation and outdoor recreation.

Independent Sales Reps

Who qualifies: Independent sales representatives who represent brands in the industry. Proof of status as an independent representative is required. Representatives of exhibiting brands should obtain an exhibitor badge though the brand.

Eligible Retailers

Eligible Retailers are businesses that purchase products at wholesale directly from brands/manufacturers or through a distributor. They sell these products at retail to consumers either in a physical store or via e-commerce. Companies that do not purchase and retain inventory or merely act as a sales channel between brands and consumers or a select group of consumers do not qualify as retailers.

Retailer, distributor, importer, buyer

Your business’s primary function is to purchase goods from an exhibiting brand/manufacturer at wholesale for resale at retail to consumers.

Working Media

Working Media must have a current editorial assignment while media sales attendees include ad sales, publishers, producers, marketing agencies, promotion companies, and agencies (social media / PR / advertising/brand/creative).

Note: Media without a current industry-related assignment will not be approved for a Working Media badge, but are welcome to join us with a Media Sales badge.
