(e)revolution 2024 is exclusively for eBikes, eBike components, eBike related accessories and technical apparel. No other eMobility products are permitted on display and show management will arrange to have any such products removed and stored until the show has completed at 8pm, 06/02.

Plus, all eBikes and eBike components on exhibit must follow US classifications and UL 2849 requirements to meet the various federal and state regulations.

Show management has the right to remove any products deemed illegal to be sold and used in the United States, such as products that do not meet US UL requirements or one of the 3 power and speed classifications.

Tents, Booth Furnishings, Electric

 

Tents and Booth Furnishings will be provided by CO Party Rentals.

Popular sized, high quality canopy tents are available for rent. All tents are generic white and include the required weights. Tents will be set up on 5/30 and ready for the 5/31 noon start. When you are done with the show, simply pack your personal items and walk away.

Tables, chairs, and tent weights are also available for rental.  Sidewalls for tents can be added at an additional cost.

Electricity will be provided by Sunbelt Rentals, via their Battery Energy Storage Systems providing clean, temporary power.

Badge Registration

Badge registration will open shortly.

The primary contact will receive an email with a link and access code to register your staff.  Badges will be picked up on site at the registration tent.  We recommend pre-registering your booth staff early for quick registration at the show.

Our credential allotment policy is: 

  • 199 Sq. Ft. or less = 4 Credentials
  • 200 – 399 Sq. Ft. = 8 Credentials
  • 400 – 2000 Sq. Ft. = 12 Credentials
  • 2001 – 3500 Sq. Ft. = 15 Credentials
  • 3501 – 5000 Sq. Ft. = 20 Credentials
